Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of SyncService, a service provided by The Business Mechanic ("The Business Mechanic," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 14288 W. 129th Terrace, Olathe, KS 66062. SyncService provides customer communication, workflow management, scheduling, reporting, customer engagement, and related automotive repair business services. By accessing or using SyncService, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

SyncService is intended for use by automotive repair facilities and their authorized employees, and by the customers of those facilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Use of Service

Users agree to use SyncService only for lawful business purposes related to automotive repair operations and customer communications, and agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data belonging to another repair facility, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

SMS Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages through SyncService, you agree to receive service-related communications including appointment reminders, repair status updates, estimate approvals, authorization requests, pickup notifications, and customer care messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

SyncService, its logos, and its underlying software are the property of The Business Mechanic. Repair facilities and their customers are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use SyncService as intended; no other rights are granted.

Service Availability

SyncService strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee continuous availability.

Limitation of Liability

SyncService shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SyncService for any account that violates these Terms or misuses the service. A repair facility may stop using SyncService at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any disputes arising from these Terms or use of SyncService will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
